Terms & Conditions

 

  • We will replace damaged or defective products within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect all products and notify Tile House Ltd within this time frame. We are not liable for damaged or defective goods reported after 24 hours.
  • In addition, we advise you dry lay your tiles first. Once tiles are fixed, we do not take responsibility for shading issues. No refunds or replacements are offered once tiles are installed.

                                                                                

     ORDERING

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We can assist with this; however, we do not take responsibility for inaccuracies. We recommend you allow an additional 15% for cuts and damages when ordering.
  • Bathroom products are non-returnable, and certain stocked items incur a 25% handling charge. The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and speaking to their fitter before ordering stock.
  • A minimum 50% deposit is required for all orders. The remaining balance must be paid before collection or delivery.
  • Any special prices or discounts are non-repeatable and non-transferable.

 

     DELIVERY

  • Tile House Ltd offers curbside delivery only, and the courier does not have clearance and is not insured to take any goods onto or enter any customer's premises.
  • Customers should ensure they have organized their own assistance to offload goods and check delivered items immediately and, in the unlikely event, report any damage within 24 hours for an exchange.
  • Couriers operate between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please be mindful that if a time slot has been provided, this is not guaranteed and may be subject to change.
  • Any changes by a customer to a scheduled delivery require 24 hours' notice and may incur additional costs.

 

     PAYMENT TERMS

  • If you wish to pay via BACS, please inform your sales specialist, who will assist you.
  • If the initial payment via BACS is via telephone, we can accept up to £250.00. The remaining amount must be paid in person or by BACS.
  • If the initial tender was paid in cash, Tile House Ltd cannot process any cash refunds over £200.00. Any cash refunds over £200.00 will be processed via BACS.

 

     RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  • Tile House Ltd does not accept returns or refunds on SPECIAL ORDER tiles. Customers must order carefully with this in mind.
  • Tile House Ltd will accept the return of excess tiles (apart from SPECIAL ORDER TILES) if they are full, unopened boxes within 30 days. Products must be in resalable condition.
  • Tile House Ltd will unopened chemical products in resaleable condition within ten days.
  • Bathroom and bathroom-related products and accessories are non-refundable.

                           

       RIGHT TO CANCEL

  • You have the right to cancel your order before delivery or collection; however, any special-order tiles already received will incur a 25% handling fee.
  • Bathroom and bathroom-related products and accessories cannot be returned once ordered.
