Competitors: We will only consider price match requests for identical products from legitimate competitors. Competitors must have a physical retail presence, and their products must be in stock and available for immediate purchase. **

Product Comparison: The product you want us to price match must be exactly the same as the one we offer, including brand, colour, size, and finish.

Proof of Price: To request a price match, you must provide clear and verifiable proof of the lowerprice from the competitor. The Price must be given from a Tile Shop within 10  of a Tile House Store, This can include a physical copy of proof, an official quote, or a current advertisement. The price must be in effect at the time of your request.

Exclusions: Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to products seen online, clearance, closeout, liquidation, auction, or refurbished items. It also does not cover errors, misprints, or pricing from competitors outside of our market area.

Promotions and Discounts: Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupons. If you are already receiving a discount, we will not provide an additional price match discount on top of it.

Management Discretion: We reserve the right to assess and determine the eligibility of any price match request, and our decision is final. We may choose to deny a price match request if we believe it does not meet our terms and conditions.

Price Match Period: Our Price Match Guarantee is valid for a limited time. The lower price you wish to match must be available at the time of purchase. We are willing to offer an additional 5% discount on the authorised price match.
