I can't recommend Tile House enough. We visited the Romford branch to choose a whole new bathroom and ensuite with no clue what we actually wanted/needed. The team were fantastic with their advice and suggestions and we came away from there with everything sorted. Akla in particular was so helpful and took time to look over our plans to ensure we had everything covered. Tiles and bathroom furniture is of an excellent quality and nothing was too much trouble for the team. I am so so happy with my new bathrooms. 10/10!

The only positive thing in our experience with this shop is that we like the tiles we bought. Other than that: 1. Misleading prices - they advertise one price, but your final price will be higher, even after they apply the "discount". 2. One of the boxes we got had a tile missing- luckily we noticed and asked for the missing tile. 3. Borderline rude customer service. Would I recommend it? Nope, sorry.

Brilliant experience from the moment we walked in Right through to the after-care, We were confused about what type of flooring and tiles to go for for 4 different bathroom, Akla Was extremely helpful and helped us make our decisions and we are very very happy with the outcome. There were a few things that we were unsure about and he explained everything very clearly and made sure we left with peace of mind and has been very helpful since making the purchase with any follow-up questions we have had and any additional things we have had to buy. We visited 4 Other tile shops prior to coming here and we are very glad we went with them Service and products were brilliant.
